From Points East of Massena
Take NYS-37 west to Massena. Turn left on Oneil Road, just before the shopping center. Turn right on Racquette River Road. Turn right on Administration Building Road and follow to Terminal.
From Points West of Massena
Take NYS-37 east to Massena. Proceed through town on NYS-37. Turn right on Oneil Road, just past the shopping center. Turn right on Racquette River Road. Turn right on Administration Building Road and follow to Terminal.
From Ottawa / Cornwall
Take 417 East to 138 South to Cornwall and follow Brookdale Ave. south to the bridge to USA. After clearing U.S. Customs, follow the roundabout to the second exit on to NYS-37 W. Just before Massena, at the shopping center, turn left on Oneil Road. Turn right on Racquette River Road. Turn right on Administration Building Road and follow to Terminal.
From Montreal & the West Island
Take Highway 40 then 20 to 401 West to Cornwall. Exit # 789 (Brookdale Ave) south to the bridge to USA. After clearing U.S. Customs, follow the roundabout to the second exit onto NYS-37 W. Just before Massena, turn left on Oneil Road adjacent to the shopping center. Turn right on Racquette River Road. Turn Right on Administration Building Road and follow to Terminal.
